Job Title: Social Media Marketer

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve company goals, including increasing brand awareness, engagement, and driving website traffic.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, curate, and publish relevant, engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including text posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, audience insights, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and content creation.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around our brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence.
- Maintain a social media content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms.
- Monitor and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
