**Job summary**

Key Responsibilities
- **Conduct Land Surveys**: Perform detailed land surveys to establish legal property boundaries and topographical features using cutting-edge surveying instruments and technology.
- **Prepare Survey Reports**: Compile comprehensive survey reports, including maps, plots, and descriptions of surveyed sites, to support land development and planning activities.
- **Coordinate with Engineering Teams**: Collaborate with civil engineers and project managers to provide critical data and insights for project design and execution.
- **Ensure Compliance with Standards**: Ensure all surveying activities comply with local and national legal standards, as well as industry best practices and safety regulations.
- **Utilize Surveying Software**: Leverage advanced surveying software for data analysis and to create precise digital representations of surveyed land.
- **Software Proficiency**: AutoCAD

Key Requirements
- **Experience**: 3-8 years of professional experience in land surveying, preferably within the real estate or construction industry. Experience in Highrise
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in data analysis and using advanced surveying equipment; strong understanding of legal property descriptions and boundary management.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
