**We are hiring for the role of Accounts Executive with our client, a leading Tea Manufacturing Company.**
**Location: Parel, Mumbai**
**Experience: 4+ years as an Account Executive.**

Key Responsibilities:
**Accounting and Bookkeeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.

**GST Compliance**:

- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
- Ensure timely and accurate GST payments.
- Handle GST-related queries and issues.
- Maintain proper documentation for GST audits.

**TDS Compliance**:

- Calculate and deduct TDS as per applicable laws.
- Prepare and file TDS returns.
- Issue TDS certificates to vendors and employees.
- Address TDS-related queries and issues.

**Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Generate financial reports and statements detailing the company’s financial status.
- Support in budget preparation and financial planning.

**Internal Controls**:

- Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Assist in internal and external audits.

**Additional Duties**:

- Assist in payroll processing and compliance.
- Support the finance team in various ad-hoc tasks and projects.
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and accounting standards.

Working Days Monday - Saturday (2nd Saturday and 4th Saturday off)

Timings - 9 AM - 6 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
