Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain computer systems, including hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide technical support to users
- Manage backup and recovery processes and data storage
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Document computer systems, procedures, and policies
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the continued smooth operation of computer systems

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a computer operator or in a similar role
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Strong technical skills and experience with operating systems, networking, and security protocols
- Familiarity with backup and recovery processes and data storage
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred
