We are seeking a skilled and organized computer operator. As a computer operator, you will be responsible for performing various technical and operational tasks related to computer systems and equipment. You will be responsible for monitoring system performance, processing data, and performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor computer systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly
Process and verify data, using a variety of software programs and tools
Manage system backups and perform routine maintenance tasks, such as installing software updates and patches
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems and equipment
Create and maintain accurate records of system performance and activity
Collaborate with other members of the technical team to improve system performance and efficiency
Communicate with end-users to provide technical support and resolve issues
Ensure the security and confidentiality of all data processed by the computer systems and equipment

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field preferred
1+ years of experience working as a computer operator or in a similar role
Familiarity with a variety of software programs and tools, including operating systems, word-processing software, and spreadsheet software
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
