**Job Description**:
**US IT Recruiter Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with team members to understand positions and recruiting needs.
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge regarding recruitment and selection methods and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
- Demonstrated initiative and creative problem-solving skills.
- Background or current experience in recruiting for Information Technology is a plus.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹9,292.64 - ₹38,252.02 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Teynampet, Chennai - 600018, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
