Analytics Solution Associate, Associate

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
You are an innovative thinker, curious about complex processes covering multiple teams & systems and have a passion for identifying efficiencies, improvements, & enhancements.

As the Analytics Solution Associate you will spend your time driving change where different parts of the organization intersect, including Finance, Technology, HR, and others. Demonstrating strategic thinking, you will contribute to the roadmap for multiple products and use cases that drive changes across the office of the CFO. Leveraging a deep understanding of data & finance you will focus on identifying opportunities for efficiencies, eliminating redundancies, & connecting disparate components to create a cohesive and efficient user experience. Your knowledge of upstream data will help drive consistency & streamline downstream consumption for end users across the finance community. You will have hands on experience with stakeholders across the organization with responsibilities spanning advisory capacities, technical development, & directly driving project delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leverage business knowledge & finance knowledge to create solutions that work at scale and across businesses
- Contribute to strategic solutions for complex processes from data sourcing to downstream consumption
- Collaborate with technology to drive efficient data consumption across the organization
- Promote transformation objectives and advertise solutions to potential customers
- Conduct requirements gathering with stakeholders
- Manage projects that cross multiple teams
- Design and build creative prototypes as well as production ready models

**Required Qualifications and Skills**
- In depth knowledge of financial planning and modeling
- Experience analyzing finance & workforce data sets
- Ability to collaborate with global teams and work in a fast paced, results driven environment tackling complex problems
- Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to varied audiences with strong product demo skills
- Excellent multi-tasking, prioritization, presentation & communication skills
- Experience working in a product environment with knowledge of project management principles, agile methodologies and the software development life cycle

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
- Overall 7-10 years of Industry Experience | MBA Preferred.
- Min. 5+ Years of experience working in Finance Domain
- Understanding of data models & using data transformation tools on large datasets is a plus
- Experience with UX design and SQL or Python is a plus
