**About us & Profile Description**:
A growing Home Furnishing and Interior Design team in Viman Nagar is seeking a dynamic and reliable Executive to handle the retail store operations. This role requires a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, a flair for organization, and a willingness to take ownership of support activities. The executive will work closely with the company owner and serve as a key point of coordination across various store and administrative functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Social Media Management
- Handle the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Post content regularly as guided by the owner
- Engage with audience comments/messages and support online presence initiatives
- Back Office & Store Support
- Assist the owner with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain documentation and filing systems efficiently
- Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and update records accurately
- Coordinate inventory movement between store and suppliers
- Training will be provided on tools and processes
- Invoicing & Billing
- Assist in generating customer invoices and processing bills
- Ensure accuracy and timely record keeping
- Leadership Support
- Act as the second-in-line to the company owner
- Provide proactive suggestions and assist in decision-making processes
- Be ready to step in during the owner’s absence to handle essential tasks

**Requirements**:

- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy, with a basic understanding of MS Office and social media platforms
- Self-motivated and able to handle responsibilities with mínimal supervision
