**JOB DESCRIPTION**
As Employee Relations (ER) professional you will be a part of the Conduct and Policy organization within HR that focuses on enhancing the employee experience and developing best in class people practices firm wide. The team helps set and implement a global vision, strategy, operating model to better understand and respond to employee needs and concerns; as well deliver exceptional employee experience.
**Job Summary**:
This role includes partnership with the business, function, and Human Resource leaders on an in-depth review of feedback, culture & conduct, employee experience aspects of regulatory-related deliverables. Overall, this organization spans the traditional Human Resource lifecycle, employee engagement and broader listening strategy.
**Responsibilities**:
- Investigating code of conduct related matters inclusive of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace violence, inappropriate behavior and executive office complaints ensuring proper escalation, engagement and fairness is delivered across all stakeholder groups;
- Reach HR disciplinary outcomes for assigned employee conduct investigations, including investigations led by Control Partners and Employee Relations;
- Ensure the enquiry and investigation reports meet the highest quality standards and adherence to case management timelines and system requirements;
- Support Employee Relations leadership on implementing key country-wide projects around conduct, governance, policy and control;
- Partner with Employee Relations leadership in analyzing and providing insights to senior leaders and Human Resource stakeholders on areas of focus and emerging trends, to enable proactive interventions within the organization;
- Partner with Employee Relations leadership, as appropriate, globally to understand regional differences and requirements;
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and refinement of services;
- Demonstrate expected behaviors, as well as, identify and escalate issues in a timely manner;
- Deliver a trusted Employee Relations brand known to employees and managers as a place where their voices are heard and acted on accordingly and build a first class experience to all employees, stakeholders and control partners through effective collaboration and communication;
- Participate in various risk and control initiative, including assisting with regulatory responses on employee conduct matter and engage, conduct & participate in the Employee Relations aspects of organizational audits, transactions and Request for proposal's.
**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills’**:
- Working knowledge or experience in matters related to unsatisfactory performance, unauthorized leaves, redundancy management, background screening and other Human Resource policy violations;
- Demonstrated success in building strong relationships and trusted advisor status across Legal, Compliance, Global Security, and with Human Resources colleagues;
- Knowledge of Employee Relations practices, procedures, and policies;
- Excel operationally and have a laser focus on key stakeholder experience - employees, managers, partners;
- Actively challenges the status quo and acts as a catalyst for change by decisively adopting innovative ways of working, driving continuous improvement;
- Identifies and understands business trends to improve culture and mitigate risks
- Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities;
- Disciplined and drives for results; actively applies feedback from key stakeholders;
- Strong consulting/problem resolution experience with demonstrated ability to influence all employee levels from front line to senior leaders;
- Demonstrates expected risk/controls behaviors by holding self and others accountable to operate within established standards and procedures
