
Employee Relations Specialist

Manage day-to-day operational tasks related to employee engagement.
Drive and implement engagement events and initiatives.
Maintain internal records for events, contracts, invoices, feedback, trackers, and budgets.
Plan and execute social initiatives such as happy hours, parties, sports tournaments, hobby workshops, and wellness activities.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement.
Develop innovative ways to enhance employee experience.
Liaise with external vendors and evaluate event proposals.
Forecast expenses and conduct cost–benefit analysis.
Who We Are Looking For
Basic Qualifications
Graduate degree with strong time-management and operational skills (especially in event execution).
1–2 years of work experience.
Creative mindset with strong planning and execution abilities.
High drive for results and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Experience managing multiple projects with various stakeholders.
Strong people-management and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in Human Resources or event management.
