**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Appointment Scheduling**: Contact customers/patients and schedule health-related appointments efficiently.
- **Customer Assistance**: Handle inbound and outbound calls, answering queries related to healthcare services.
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**: Accurately update customer information and appointment details in the system.
- **Follow-up Calls**: Confirm scheduled appointments and reschedule as needed.
- **Professional Communication**: Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone while interacting with customers.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the relevant department when necessary.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies and healthcare regulations while handling customer data.

**Requirements**:
✔ **6 months - 1 year of international customer service experience** (preferably in healthcare or appointment setting).
✔ **Excellent communication skills** in English (both verbal and written).
✔ Ability to handle high-volume calls professionally and efficiently.
✔ Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
✔ Familiarity with CRM tools or appointment scheduling software (preferred).
✔ Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment** and adapt to process changes.
✔ High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
