**Job Title**: Spoken English & IELTS Trainer

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Spoken English Training**: Conduct engaging and interactive sessions focused on improving students' fluency, vocabulary, pronunciation, and grammar for effective communication.
- **IELTS Preparation**: Teach students the necessary skills to succeed in the IELTS exam, including Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking components.
- Develop tailored lesson plans and teaching materials to meet the individual needs and learning styles of students.
- Assess students' current language levels and track their progress through regular evaluations and feedback.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment, fostering confidence in students.
- Keep up to date with the latest IELTS exam trends, resources, and language teaching methodologies.
- Conduct mock tests, reviews, and practice sessions to prepare students for real exam scenarios.
- Organize and participate in workshops and activities to enhance the language skills of students.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and report on their achievements to management.

Key Requirements:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years teaching Spoken English and IELTS preparation.
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. TESOL/TEFL certification is a plus.
- **IELTS Expertise**: Thorough knowledge of the IELTS exam format, scoring system, and common challenges faced by students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students effectively.
- Patience and adaptability to cater to students from diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels.
- Proficient in using modern teaching tools, technologies, and materials.
- A positive attitude, passion for teaching, and a strong commitment to student success.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in handling both group and individual classes.
- Proficiency in online teaching platforms and virtual classroom settings.
- Experience in preparing students for other English proficiency exams (e.g., TOEFL, PTE) is a plus.
- Knowledge of current language learning trends and best practices.
