**Job Title: IELTS and Spoken English Trainer**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging IELTS preparation classes, covering all four modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking).
- Provide personalized training to improve students’ spoken English fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar.
- Create effective lesson plans, course materials, and assignments.
- Evaluate students’ progress regularly through mock tests, assessments, and feedback sessions.
- Assist students with test strategies and techniques to maximize their potential in the IELTS exam.
- Encourage active participation in class discussions and speaking activities.
- Conduct individual counseling sessions to address student concerns and goals.
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for students.
- Keep up to date with the latest IELTS exam patterns and English language learning methods.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and track their improvement.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- CELTA, TESOL, or any other relevant teaching certification (preferred).
- Proven experience in teaching IELTS preparation and Spoken English, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
- Strong command over the English language with excellent communication, writing, and listening skills.
- Ability to use modern teaching tools, digital platforms, and IELTS preparation resources.
- Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of students.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards student learning.
