**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions to improve students' spoken English skills, including pronunciation, fluency, and vocabulary.
- Develop and deliver interactive lesson plans tailored to the needs of students at various proficiency levels.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including role-playing, group discussions, and interactive exercises to engage students.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance and guide them in overcoming language barriers.
- Assess students' progress regularly and adjust teaching methods to meet their evolving needs.
- Prepare and maintain appropriate student records, progress reports, and other required documentation.
- Create a supportive and positive learning environment to motivate students.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and materials for spoken English training.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an English Spoken Trainer, English Teacher, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of language teaching methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching styles to suit different learning needs.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching and helping students improve their English skills.
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
