
Office Executive Assistant

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar Management**: Coordinate and manage executives' schedules, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings; attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute action items.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- **Office Management**: Assist in office management tasks
- **Project Support**: Provide support on special projects as required, which may include research, data analysis, and report preparation.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
**Skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
