Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior executive. The role involves managing schedules, handling communications, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the executives calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Screen and direct phone calls; manage correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
  • Prepare corporate documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (electronic & physical).
  • Coordinate logistics for board meetings, conferences, and special events.
  • Track tasks, monitor deadlines, and follow up on strategic initiatives.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal & written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of project management or CRM tools (preferred).
  • Bachelors degree preferred, but not mandatory.
