**Recovery/Collection Officer Profile**

**Position Title**: Recovery/Collection Officer
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years in Credit Card/Finance Collections
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
**Location**: Changodar, Ahmedabad (Willing to travel)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Communication**: Interact with clients to understand their payment issues, offer solutions, and negotiate payment terms to recover the outstanding balance.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed collection targets on a regular basis, ensuring high efficiency and consistent performance.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Assess client situations and provide suitable solutions for repayment, including payment plans, settlements, or other recovery options.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all collection activities are in compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
- **Data Entry**: Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including payment agreements, client communications, and account updates.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify client issues that may hinder payment and collaborate with management or legal departments to develop effective solutions.
- **Documentation**: Maintain proper documentation for every collection action, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years' experience in credit card or finance collections.
- **Target-Oriented**: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding collection targets.
- **Strong Communication**: Excellent negotiation and communication skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- **Knowledge of Collection Practices**: In-depth understanding of collection strategies, legal requirements, and compliance for financial institutions.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to assess situations and come up with practical and creative solutions for payment recovery.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to document and track collection efforts meticulously.
- **Adaptability**: Comfortable with the fast-paced nature of recovery work and adaptable to the company’s work culture and processes.
- **Location & Travel**: Based in **Changodar, Ahmedabad**, with a willingness to travel as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Familiarity with Financial Products**: Knowledge of credit card policies, loan structures, or other financial services.
- **Legal Awareness**: Basic understanding of debt collection laws and regulations.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
