**Job Title**: Recovery / Collection Executive - Accounts Department

**Budget/Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assessing Sales Orders for Payment Terms**:

- Review each sales order to ensure payment terms are clearly defined and communicated.
- **Timely Collections**:

- Ensure that collections are received in accordance with agreed-upon payment terms.
- Proactively follow up on overdue payments and take necessary action to secure timely settlements.
- **Managing ABG/PBG Matters**:

- Handle matters related to Advance Bank Guarantee (ABG) and Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG), ensuring proper documentation and recovery.
- **Direct Communication with Clients and Sales Team**:

- Engage directly with clients to discuss overdue payments and resolve any issues related to payment.
- Communicate with the sales team to understand client accounts and resolve pending collections.
- **Follow-Up on Pending Work**:

- Collaborate with internal teams like service and installation departments to ensure pending work doesn’t delay payments and collections.
- **Reporting to Management**:

- Keep management updated about irregularities in collections and provide clarity on the status of outstanding payments.
- Prepare regular reports for management to ensure smooth operations.
- **Legal Notice Handling**:

- In case of extreme delays or non-payments, follow up with lawyers and coordinate any necessary legal action to recover dues.
- **Account Reconciliation**:

- Handle account reconciliation with clients where multiple departments are doing business with the same party to ensure clarity and avoid discrepancies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in recovery and collections, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients, internal teams, and management.
- Ability to follow up efficiently and handle legal processes if required.
- Must be willing to travel for meetings and follow-ups.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and departments.

**Desired Skills**:

- Knowledge of ABG/PBG policies and recovery processes.
- Ability to work independently and maintain regular communication with management.
- A proactive attitude towards solving problems and resolving payment delays.
