**About Financial Services Associate (FSA)**

The Financial Services Associate is responsible for managing the client payment process as well as regular fund transactions for assigned client accounts. The position is an important part of the internal financial controls required for audit compliance. Strong skills in Excel, analytical thinking, accuracy, time management, banking background, flexibility, adaptability, and teamwork are required. The ability to work cross functionally with client account teams as well as other departments is important for success in this position.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage client payment process
- Responsible for all regular fund transactions, including balance reconciliation for assigned clients
- Maintain bank account ledgers & bank account reconciliations for assigned accounts
- Work closely with the assigned client teams to communicate and coordinate all remaining aspects of the payment process, including claim QC, duplicate check, funding requests, etc.
- Responsible for adherence and enforcement of SOC I controls related to the disbursement process
- Maintaining and updating SOPs for all responsible processes for assigned client accounts
- Cross train and act as back-up, as needed, for unassigned client accounts
- If applicable, perform necessary procedures to provide vendor payment and reconciliation reporting (ecommerce store)
- Troubleshoot and research issues
- Maintain service levels for assigned client accounts
- Various other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Technical aptitude and strong Excel skills
- Analytical, detailed-oriented, and problem-solving skills
- Accuracy and time management skills
- Banking & Finance background preferred
- Flexible and adaptable
