**We are hiring for the profile of Sales Associate/Customer Service Specialist - U.S. Shift**

**Responsibilities and Duties**

+Follow Up warm leads through telecom (They don't need to generate a fresh lead).

+Manage customers/Account management.

+Identifying the needs of the customers.

+Developing quotes & proposals.

+Develop sales goals & meet the requirements.

+Negotiate & finalized sales with the customers.

+Should be responsible to report on time to the respective manager.

+Meet the goals.

+Should be Updated with new cutting-edge technology. **Qualifications and Skills** **Must have excellent communication skills.**
- Must have excellent communication skills. **Should be graduated with a minimum of 1+ years of work experience with American Clients (mandatory)**

**.Must be from the US process and with sound knowledge of the US Market**
- Must have good computer knowledge.
- Must have good computer knowledge. **Should have good convincing skills.**:

- Should be comfortable with night shifts. (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM)

**Schedule**:US Shift - 7:30 p.m to 4:30 a.m IST

**Experience**: 1-5 Years

**Salary**: As per experience (No bar)

**Location**: H-Block, Sector-63, Noida
