The Assignment Editor needs to be proficient in bookings feeds, hiring ENG camera crews, requesting or licensing video from outside media outlets, efforting clearance of media from non-FOX entities via social media or licensing and processing content off file-transfer sites

Use all available editorial, social media, and desktop tools to gather, view, and share stories

As a Chief Assignment Editor, you will be responsible for fulfilling all content needs for our shows as requested by Producers and Managers

Develop and cover Enterprise story ideas

Develop sources that can be contacted during breaking news and possess skills

Write and PRESENT the news they gather across our multi-platforms

Route personal matters
