Key Responsibilities:

- Operate professional video cameras to record news events, interviews, and live coverage.
- Collaborate with reporters and producers to capture compelling visual content that supports editorial objectives.
- Set up lighting, microphones, and other production equipment for indoor and outdoor shoots.
- Maintain and transport camera equipment safely to and from shooting locations.
- Ensure footage is shot according to technical standards (framing, focus, lighting, sound).
- Respond quickly to breaking news assignments and adapt to unpredictable field conditions.
- Coordinate with editors for footage transfer and provide necessary technical support.
- Stay updated on new camera technologies and production trends.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a camera operator, preferably in a news or media environment.
- Proficiency with DSLR, ENG, or digital cinema cameras.
- Strong knowledge of lighting and audio equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and work irregular hours (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Degree/Diploma in Mass communication, Media, Communication, or related field preferred.
