**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio of work, especially in corporate or commercial video production.

Expert Knowledge: Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), AI-based tools such as AI Audition, and other video enhancement software.

Creative Eye: Strong creative and conceptual skills, with the ability to bring fresh ideas and innovate within video production.

Voice-Over Editing: Experienced in integrating voice-overs, sound design, and mixing audio to produce polished videos.

Leadership Skills: Previous experience leading or training teams of video editors, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Attention to Detail: Ability to work with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring top-quality videos.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members effectively.

Time Management: Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Video Editing: Create, edit, and produce high-quality corporate videos, promotional content, and social media videos for clients.

Advanced Tools: Use advanced video editing tools such as Geo Layers, AI Audition, and various software to enhance video quality, audio, and overall presentation.

Creative Vision: Bring a creative mindset to each project, ensuring videos are visually appealing and align with the client’s brand and message.

Voice-Over Integration: Incorporate voice-over with videos and synchronize content to create polished, professional outputs.

Team Training: Provide training and guidance to junior editors and team members, ensuring best practices in editing and workflow.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver on their expectations, making necessary revisions based on feedback.

Post-Production: Manage the post-production process from editing raw footage to finalizing content and delivering it to clients in various formats.

Quality Assurance: Ensure the final videos meet the highest quality standards, from audio to visual clarity.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
