Duties & Responsibilities:

- Operating and managing the pastry section of the kitchen.
- Able to produce all baked goods including but not limited to artisan breads and rolls, muffins, laminated Danish, laminated croissants and doughnuts etc.
- Ability to produce all pastries and cake products.
- Ensuring that only fresh products are used in Bakery and Pastry preparation.
- Tastes bakery and pastry products in all outlets and be demanding and critical when it comes to Food and Beverage quality.
- Check & ensure that the ingredients used are as per company standards.
- Reviewing the daily sales of pastry and bakery products in all outlet of the hotel and create plans to increase revenue.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
