Chef Instructor

Conduct Bread, Pastry, Cake, and Chocolate lessons.

Share and impart knowledge and guide students during the lesson.

Communicate and deliver the class to students in a more fun and enriching way to achieve high student satisfaction.

Develop handouts and learning materials for students.

Responsible for daily lesson plans and instructional plans to meet course competencies.

Set up classroom and equipment in advance to deliver the required curriculum. Evaluate student performance for practical and written/ oral assessment.

Develop a cohesive, safe and positive learning environment for students and ensure that the students adhere to safety procedures in the kitchen.

Promote and instil high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness in the working environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Kaloor, Ernakulam, Kochi - 682017, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Chef (required)
- in baking and pastry (required)
