**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**: Oversee the entire process of sales orders, from initial receipt to final dispatch, ensuring all activities are completed efficiently and accurately.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, inventory levels, and order progress using the ERP Next system.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with various departments, including production, sales, and logistics, to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards before dispatch.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability and manage reordering processes.
- **Customer Relations**: Liaise with clients to keep them informed about order status, delivery schedules, and any potential issues.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement improvements in departmental processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate degree in a relevant field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the fabric and embroidery industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in ERP Next system and strong computer skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify issues and implement solutions promptly.
