**Job Description - Sales Executive (Textiles)**

**Position**: Sales Executive
**Department**: Sales & Marketing
**Qualification**: MBA in Marketing (preferred), Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce/Textiles
**Experience**: 2-5 years in Textile/Fabric/ Garment/Processing industry sales

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the domestic and international têxtile market.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and service support.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and promotional activities to expand customer base.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and product samples to potential buyers.
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules to close profitable deals.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and prepare periodic sales reports.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of têxtile processes (Printing, Dyeing, Embroidery, Fabrics).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Strong business acumen with ability to identify and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and business development.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Achievement of sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).
- Growth in client base and repeat orders.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rate.
- Contribution to market expansion and brand visibility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,715.10 - ₹99,500.00 per month
