Presales Executive

**Introduction**:
A **Presales Executive** is responsible for driving a company’s sales growth by identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. This job is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue potential customers through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals to build a pipeline of sales opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
- **Sales Presentations and Proposals**: Conduct presentations and create tailored proposals to present products or services that address client needs and preferences.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close sales effectively and ensure profitable deals.
- **Sales Targets and Reporting**: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue goals. Regularly report sales activities and results to management.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify potential areas for growth and to adapt strategies accordingly.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align efforts and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Post-Sales Support**: Follow up on sales to ensure a positive client experience and handle any post-sale inquiries or issues to maintain client relationships.
- **Sales Planning**: Participate in sales planning and strategy development to expand market reach and achieve long-term company goals.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-focused role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client needs and develop solutions accordingly
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Worked or specialized in real-estate or interior designing industry.
