**About Wadhwani Foundation**

Wadhwani Foundation is a not-for-profit with the primary mission of accelerating economic development in emerging economies through large-scale job creation. Our Wadhwani Accelerate program supports early-stage, high-potential startups and small businesses in scaling up sustainably through structured interventions, mentorship, and access to markets.

**Position Overview**

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support program and research functions within the Wadhwani Accelerate team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with startups, mentors, and program teams, contributing to the scaling of innovative businesses.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A strong interest in startups, small businesses, and the innovation ecosystem
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong research and analytical skills - ability to identify and map relevant data
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced environment

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support day-to-day coordination with startups, mentors, and internal teams
- Maintain and update trackers, documentation, and program dashboards
- Conduct structured research to identify mentors and map them to startup needs
- Assist in compiling startup profiles, pitch decks, and evaluation notes
- Help in preparing reports, presentations, and communication for outreach
- Coordinate logistics for program events including check-ins, masterclasses, and milestone reviews
