Job Description: Real Estate Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced real estate lawyer to join our team. As a real estate lawyer, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive legal services to our clients in all aspects of real estate transactions and disputes. Your responsibilities will include:

- Legal Consultation: Offer expert legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate matters, ensuring they understand their rights, obligations, and potential risks involved in transactions.
- Document Drafting and Review: Prepare, review, and negotiate various legal documents related to real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence investigations on properties to identify any legal issues or encumbrances that may impact transactions, providing clients with informed decision-making support.
- Title Examination and Insurance: Review title reports, assess ownership history, and advise clients on obtaining title insurance to safeguard against potential title defects or disputes.
- Real Estate Closings: Coordinate real estate closings, ensuring all necessary documents are properly executed, funds are disbursed accurately, and transactions are legally binding.
- Dispute Resolution: Represent clients in real estate litigation or alternative dispute resolution proceedings, advocating for their interests and seeking favorable resolutions to conflicts.
- Land Use and Zoning: Assist clients in navigating land use and zoning regulations, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, and addressing any compliance issues with local authorities.
- Investment and Development Advice: Provide strategic legal advice to investors, developers, and property owners on real estate investment, development, financing, and risk management strategies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and local laws governing real estate transactions, including fair housing, landlord-tenant, and environmental regulations.
- Client Representation: Act as a trusted advocate for clients throughout the real estate transaction process, prioritizing their interests and striving to achieve favorable outcomes in negotiations and legal proceedings.

**Requirements**:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in the jurisdiction.
- Several years of experience practicing real estate law, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service and achieving optimal outcomes for clients.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
