Gathering and preparing required legal documents for court proceedings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Suggesting ways to handle legal risks.
- Drafting memorandum of Understandings, Joint Development Agreements, Agreement of Sale, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, Procurement Agreements etc and other deeds in relation to property.
- Drafting petitions, Suits, Appeals, Complaints, Notices, Replies, preparing property reports, title reports etc.
- Conducting due diligence / local laws for redevelopment properties.
- Must have extensive experience in Real Estate laws. Must have worked with some real estate law firm. Experience in Due Diligence of property. Must have good experience of working on property / real estate laws.
- Handling RERA Matters
- The major work of firm is to draft agreements and contracts related to transfer of property.
- Work related to land revenue department and other concerned work.
- Drafting and finalizing all kinds of Legal Documents for proactive Purchase of land by circumventing possible legal problems that may arise.
- Provide legal support in structuring, drafting, vetting & inspecting the legal documents viz. agreements, contracts, deeds, MOU, affidavits, undertakings, argument notes, etc. & to ensure that the associated risks are minimized.
- Drafting, vetting, review in approval and interpretation of various types of documents including land acquisition, sale, leasing, licensing, commercial agreements, contracts, etc.

**Also we need someone with MHADAand SRA knowledge.**

**Salary**: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
