**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' health insurance needs.
- Explain various health insurance plans, coverage options, and associated costs.
- Assist clients in understanding policy terms, conditions, and exclusions.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on clients' healthcare requirements.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to stay updated on product offerings and changes.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and updates affecting health insurance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Health Insurance Advisor or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of health insurance products, plans, and industry regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze client information and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in using insurance-related software and technology.
- Active insurance licensure in the relevant jurisdiction.
