We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skill Trainer to join our team at Kalinga University, Raipur. The Soft Skill Trainer will play a pivotal role in enhancing the employability and overall development of our students by imparting essential soft skills and professional competencies.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design, develop, and update comprehensive soft skill training modules tailored to the needs of diverse student groups.
- **Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions/workshops on various soft skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Assess the progress of students through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- **Individual Coaching**: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to students to address specific skill gaps and enhance their overall employability.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with faculty members and other stakeholders to integrate soft skill training into the academic curriculum and co-curricular activities.
- **Stay Updated**: Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in soft skill training and incorporate relevant techniques and methodologies into training programs.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and student performance for reporting and analysis purposes.
- **Networking**: Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, employers, and alumni to facilitate internship and placement opportunities for students.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a soft skill trainer or similar role, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of various soft skills and their importance in professional development.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions/workshops.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse groups of students.
- Certification in relevant areas such as coaching, emotional intelligence, or leadership training is a plus.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
