Key Responsibilities:
1. Fitness Assessment: Conduct fitness assessments and evaluate clients’ physical condition, fitness goals, and personal health needs.

2. Personalized Training Plans: Design and implement individualized exercise programs tailored to each client’s goals, such as weight loss, muscle gain, or general fitness.

3. Instruction & Guidance: Provide proper instructions on techniques, equipment usage, and exercises to ensure safety and effectiveness.

4. Motivation & Support: Encourage clients to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals while maintaining a positive and supportive environment.

5. Monitor Progress: Track clients’ progress, adjusting fitness programs as needed, and providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

6. Group Classes: Conduct group fitness sessions or boot camps as needed, ensuring all participants stay engaged and work safely.

7. Demonstrate Exercises: Perform and demonstrate exercises, emphasizing proper form to avoid injury.

8. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety and hygiene protocols in the gym are followed, maintaining a clean and safe workout environment.

9. Client Retention: Build strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term memberships and consistent attendance.

10. Nutritional Guidance: Provide basic advice on nutrition and healthy eating habits to complement clients' workout routines.

11. Continuing Education: Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, equipment, and training techniques.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Certification: Certified by a recognized fitness organization (ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a gym trainer or personal trainer.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of various fitness equipment, training methods, and anatomy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients of all fitness levels.
- Motivational Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate clients to stay committed to their fitness journey.
- First Aid/CPR Certified: Preferred, but not mandatory.
- Customer Service: Friendly and approachable with a customer-focused attitude.
- Adaptability: Ability to work with clients of different fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.

Additional Requirements:

- Flexible work hours, including weekends or evenings.
- Positive attitude, passion for fitness, and commitment to personal and client growth.

Along with salary there are lucrative incentives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
