Position: Officer-Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with regulatory and company standards.
- Plan, conduct, and document internal audits and vendor audits; follow up on CAPA and closure.
- Prepare and maintain instrument calibration schedules, ensuring timely calibration and documentation.
- Maintain and update personnel training records, ensuring training programs are conducted, tracked, and evaluated for effectiveness.
- Ensure QMS elements such as deviation management, change control, CAPA are properly implemented and maintained.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of client questionnaires, technical specifications, and compliance-related documents.
- Support the implementation of QMS standards aligned with ISO.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of the company’s services.

Educational Background and Requirements:

- Bachelor's/ master’s degree in Pharmacy, Science Field.
- 1-2 years of QA experience, preferably in a pharma (validation, calibration, documentation)
- Strong understanding of QMS, IQ/OQ/PQ documentation, and regulatory compliance principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per year
