The Role

The Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of software products by conducting thorough testing and identifying any issues or defects. This role involves designing and implementing test plans, collaborating with development teams, and maintaining documentation to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality before deployment.

Skills Requirements

Mandatory Skillset - Reviews and validates requirements and technical specifications, must have exp in ERP system testing; Knowledge of SQL, scripting, HTML5, DB2, and XML

**Requirements**:

- Must have knowledge of web-based and ERP system testing.
- Guide the QA team in developing and implementing test procedures.
- Review test documents and suggest improvements.
- Excellent understanding of different types of testing such as Accessibility Testing, Black Box Testing, and Interactive Testing
- Knowledge of SQL, scripting, HTML5, DB2, and XML
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and industry’s best QA practices
- Monitor the entire QA process.
- Resolve any quality issues and errors.
- Modify test procedures to match product and client requirements.
- Conduct timely product analysis.
- Review, update, and present quality assurance reports.
- Oversee and ensure the successful deployment of products and services.
- Plan and coordinate test activities.
- Ensure all bugs and issues are resolved by conducting regression testing.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in testing procedures and tools.
