**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Contract Management**
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and MOUs.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory standards.
- Maintain a repository of all legal documentation and monitor renewal deadlines.
- ** Regulatory Compliance**
- Assist in ensuring the organization complies with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct periodic compliance audits and provide necessary reports to the Manager.
- ** Litigation Support**
- Assist in managing litigation matters, including coordinating with external counsel.
- Maintain records of ongoing cases and provide timely updates to the Manager.
- Prepare drafts of legal notices, responses, and other litigation-related documents.
- ** Corporate Governance**
- Support the Manager in ensuring compliance with corporate governance norms.
- ** Legal Research and Analysis**
- Stay updated on new laws, regulations, and case laws that may affect the organization.
- ** Dispute Resolution**
- Provide support in dispute resolution processes, including arbitration and mediation.
- Draft and review settlement agreements as required.
- ** General Legal Support**
- Provide advice on day-to-day legal matters affecting the business.
- Collaborate with internal teams on legal requirements and approvals.
- Assist in responding to legal queries from stakeholders.

**Key Requirements**
- ** Educational Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- ** Work Experience**- 1-2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in corporate legal departments or law firms.
- ** Skills and Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of Indian corporate, labor, and contract law.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
