**Job description**

**Key responsibilities -**
- **Specialize in a particular area of law**: This could be convincing, criminal law, employment law, immigration law, litigation, personal injury, family law or wills, probate and trusts.
- **Work alongside a solicitor**: Although legal executives sometimes work alone, they often work with another legal professional. There are also certain activities, for example, litigation (going to court to resolve a case or dispute), where they are under the supervision of a qualified solicitor.
- **Work in an office**: Legal executives can be office-based, although they may sometimes visit clients at court or at a police station.
- **Provide legal advice**: One of the most important roles of a legal executive is to advise their clients and explain complex legal matters and terminology.
- **Liaise with other professionals**:Legal executives are in constant communication with other professionals to get the desired outcomes for their clients. These could be professionals like mortgage lenders or planning officers or fellow legal professionals from banks, other legal practices or the courts.
- **Awareness of regulatory compliance**:The Legal Officer ensures that the organization complies with all relevant laws and regulations, such as employment law, health and safety regulations, and data protection legislation.
- **Research extensively**: A regular requirement of the role is researching cases and legislation, then analyzing and summarizing the information for use by colleagues and clients.
- **Draft legal documents**: A legal executive often drafts detailed legal documents, such as wills or contracts.
- **Take part in further learning and development**: Legal executives keep up to date with changing legislation and take part in compulsory training throughout their careers
- **Office and Case Management**: Oversees and manages the efficient day-to-day administrative operations of LIS (Legal and Immigration Services (LIS) x

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Licensed to practice law in [State/Country].
- Fresher to 2 years of experienced ( Female).
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
