**Job Description**:
**Overview of position**:
The Scaled Agile mission is to be the trusted provider of the system that enables our customers to achieve and sustain Business Agility. This role is an opportunity to join our successful APAC team in a high-growth organization driving change in the Global 2000 through our Enterprise and Partner channel.

Based in India, in this strategic role, you will be working alongside Country Managers and SAFe Solutions Executives in the region developing and leading success and growth strategies for our largest customers. You will be sharing your knowledge and experience of transformation in the Enterprise while being responsible for developing deeper relationships with all types of customers, giving them the tools, techniques, networks, and strategies to create lasting change.

The role will focus on providing guidance and developing SAFe Enterprises and Partners in the region, whilst also growing new opportunities within existing and new customers.

To be successful in this role you will have the passion and drive to improve the lives of those building the world’s most important systems and to improve the business outcomes of the enterprises who build and depend on these systems.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Work with Lean Agile Centers of Excellence, Change Agents, Leaders, and Senior Executives within our Enterprise customer base to help them understand how to lead change in their organizations and why their role is critical for business agility to thrive
- Provide expert advisory in SAFe’s advanced content to increase awareness, utility, and impact with our customers
- Work with the account teams to ensure our community of SAFe organizations are thriving, growing, and extending their capabilities.
- Develop ongoing campaigns with Partners as required to service Enterprise customers
- Work with and coach SAI partners to develop their SAFe transformation capabilities
- Initiate, develop and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations
- Support agile and industry events, meetups and conferences for increased SAFe brand awareness through networking and speaking

**Qualifications**:
**Required skills & experience**:

- Significant experience of Agile, system development, product management or product owner experience
- A current SPC and willingness to become an SPCT. SAFe knowledge is critical.
- Previous experience working with complex organizations as part of an Agile transformation ideally having developed and led agile consulting practices
- Ability to identify opportunities and grow business in emerging Enterprises/Markets
- Ideally have experience working within both Enterprise customer and Partner/Consultancy organisations

Additional Information
**Where you’ll be working**:

- Location: India
- This position will be based at either your home office or agreed Scaled Agile office location, with easy access to an international airport preferred
- Ability to travel (COVID permitting) as required up to 40% of the time
