**Job Overview**:
As an Operations Associate - Trust & Safety Operations - you are accountable for all the operational processes in the Trust & Safety Operations team.

**What you’ll do**:
Ensure timely performance checks on various types of content on all the domains of POD
Focused on the quality and the safeness of our user experience
Operationalize quality assurance methodologies at offshore/inhouse
Provides operational support for all the domains.
Manage end-to-end operations of the team and for the vertical.

**Who you are**:
2-3years of work experience in content moderation background and having knowledge/comprehension of harmful/violative content on social media.
Language proficiency in Haryanvi/Rajasthani language (reading, writing, speaking) along with hold on Hindi language
Good understanding of social media platforms and user generated content trends
Basic to advance skills in MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and MS Word (or Google Doc). Ability to analyze data and draw insights - Must
Should be punctual and dedicated towards ensuring day-to-day tasks and assigned projects
Ability to quick problem-solving & work in a demanding and in agile atmosphere
