Tbot Techno Systems, a leading IT solutions and services company, is seeking an Operations Associate to join our team. This individual will collaborate with various departments within the company and will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations and driving growth. As an Operations Associate, you will be a key member of our team and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that have a direct impact on the success of the organization.

Tbot Techno Systems specializes in end-to-end IT Infrastructure Solutions, including hardware and software services and solutions. We work with leading OEMs such as Veritas, HPE, Microsoft, and many others. Our diverse range of service offerings includes Managed IT Services, Cloud Solutions, Digital Workplace Solutions, Cyber Security, and many more. Our goal is to provide customized IT solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers and help them achieve their digital transformation goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with various departments within the company to ensure seamless operations and drive growth.
- Manage and oversee daily operations, including scheduling, project management, and logistics.
- Maintain and update company databases, systems, and processes.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Assist with financial and budget management.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of physical and digital files.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with database systems and operations management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
