We are looking for a proactive Sales and Customer Service Executive to engage with potential clients, convert leads, and provide outstanding support for our Canada visa solutions. This role involves guiding clients through our services, handling inquiries, ensuring smooth onboarding, and maintaining client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
Handle inbound leads, convert prospects, and achieve sales targets.

Provide timely and accurate customer support, addressing concerns and assisting with the onboarding process.

Maintain client records using Zoho CRM and collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.

Stay updated on visa regulations and company offerings to provide informed guidance to clients.

**Requirements**:
Experience in sales/customer service (preferably in immigration or consulting).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
