As a Jewellery Counter Sales Girl, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting beautiful jewellery pieces, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You will be responsible for showcasing our exquisite jewellery collection, educating customers about gemstones, metals, and designs, and maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere at our store.

**Requirements / Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum 12th pass or higher.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in jewellery or luxury retail sales preferred years.
- **Communication**: Fluent in Hindi and English with excellent communication skills.
- **Customer Service**: Strong interpersonal skills, a friendly attitude, and a focus on delivering a premium customer experience.
- **Sales Knowledge**: Understanding of jewellery, gemstones, gold, and diamond jewellery is must.
- **Appearance & Grooming**: Well-groomed, with a professional appearance suitable for a high-end retail environment.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work in a collaborative team setting.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Assistance**: Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting jewellery pieces based on their preferences and occasion.
- **Product Knowledge**: Educate customers on jewellery designs, gemstones, and product details to help them make informed decisions.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product recommendations and upselling.
- **Store Display & Maintenance**: Ensure jewellery counters are clean, well-organized, and all products are displayed beautifully.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers by offering personalized services and follow-ups.
- **Client Feedback**: Gather client feedback and ensure customer satisfaction is always met.
- **Additional Responsibilities**: Assist in promotional events, seasonal offers, and new collection launches as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
