**ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES -**
- Knowledge of new product development.
- Quality control and process building of existing product.
- Understanding of product and shelf life testing knowledge
- Understanding of recipe breakdown and management
- Conduct experiments with the MVP to gauge interest, test price sensitivity, find marketing channels, create a message and develop packaging.
- Create a minimum viable product (MVP), an initial version that has only enough function to meet its customer's purpose.
- Onboarding of the vendors required for the raw material used for new product.
- Keep growing the product roadmap and set new strategic goals for the product.
- Identify goals and themes for development and solve the most important challenges to legitimize the product concept.
- Knowledge about ISO 9001 and product certification.
**ABOUT THE COMPANY**
The Betel Leaf Co is India's first online FSSAI certified Paan delivery company, redefining the traditional Indian dessert-paan into a new avatar. It started in 2019, with more than 30 stores across 12 cities in India. Currently functions with close to 100 happy employees. The headquarter is located in Bangalore. The company has won several awards and also been funded from the angle community.
