
Receptionist / Front Office

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner
3. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
4. Manage the front desk area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
5. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
6. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when necessary
7. Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
9. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
10. Support other departments with administrative duties as required
**Requirements and Skills**:
1. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
3. Professional attitude and appearance
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
6. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
7. Customer service attitude
8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Experience in a customer-facing role
2. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
3. Familiarity with telephone systems (e.g., Cisco, Avaya)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
