**Job Summery**
As a Sales Promoter at our electric two-wheeler startup, your primary responsibility will be to promote and enhance sales for our products at various dealer locations. You will be the face of our brand, engaging with potential customers, and working closely with dealers to drive product awareness and sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promotional Activities:
Execute marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales at different dealer locations.
Conduct product demonstrations and highlight key features to potential customers.
- Customer Engagement:
Interact with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide product information and address customer inquiries to promote a positive buying experience.
- Sales Target Achievement:
Collaborate with dealers to set and achieve sales targets.
Actively pursue and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong relationships with dealers to ensure effective collaboration and support for sales initiatives.
Provide timely feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
- Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about product specifications, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
Conduct regular training sessions for dealer staff to enhance product knowledge.
- Market Intelligence:
Gather market intelligence on competitor products and pricing.
Report insights to the sales and marketing teams for strategic planning.
- Event Participation:
Represent the company at events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
Coordinate logistics for events and ensure a positive brand presence.
- Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Submit regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales or promotion, preferably in a related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of the products and industry trends.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel to different dealer locations.
- Education:
High school diploma required; a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Working Conditions:
This role requires frequent travel to different dealer locations, PAN INDIA.
Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, may be necessary.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
