Responsibilities:Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them in a helpful and courteous manner. Understand their needs and provide relevant information about our (Specify Products/Services).Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a good understanding of our (Specify Products/Services) to effectively answer customer inquiries and provide recommendations.Sales Support: Assist the sales team with various tasks, including preparing sales materials, processing orders, and following up with customers.Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently to process sales transactions, handle cash, and manage other payment methods.Merchandising and Stocking: Assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are readily available.Inventory Management: Assist with basic inventory tasks such as receiving stock, organizing storage areas, and notifying supervisors of low stock levels.Handling Customer Inquiries: Address customer inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and professionally. Escalate complex issues to the Sales Manager.Maintaining Sales Area: Ensure the sales area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.Achieving Sales Targets: Support the sales team in achieving individual and team sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting our (Specify Products/Services).Promotional Activities: Assist with the implementation of in-store promotions and special offers.Building Customer Relationships: Strive to build positive and lasting relationships with customers in the Nashik community.Local Market Awareness: Stay informed about local customer preferences and any relevant market trends in Nashik.Communication (Local Emphasis): Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in Marathi and Hindi. Basic English may be required for some documentation or communication with other departments.
