**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble video footage from various events, lectures, cultural programs, and other institutional activities into polished final products.
- Work with the cinematography team to ensure the visual content aligns with the institution’s branding, mission, and objectives.
- Enhance raw footage with the appropriate transitions, graphics, sound effects, and color correction to deliver high-quality videos.
- Collaborate with content creators, faculty, and event coordinators to understand project objectives and ensure timely delivery of edited videos.
- Edit videos for various platforms, including the institution’s website, social media channels, and promotional materials.
- Assist in the creation of video templates for consistent branding across all video content.
- Ensure that all video content is accessible, clear, and aligned with the institution’s tone and message.
- Manage video content in the institutional media archive, ensuring proper filing and easy retrieval.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve video editing processes.

**Required Experience & Skills**:

- 3-7 years of professional video editing experience, with a portfolio showcasing your work in educational or corporate environments.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, color correction, and visual effects.
- Expertise in creating **Motion Graphics**and **3D, 2D Animations** to enhance video content and storytelling.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with different departments.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for producing high-quality visual content.
- Familiarity with video formats and codecs for different platforms and media.
- Basic knowledge of video production and cinematography techniques is an advantage.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in educational institutions or non-profit organizations.
- Familiarity with animation software (After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience creating promotional videos, event highlights, or documentaries.
- Understanding of the values and mission of Maharana Pratap Group of Institutions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
