Our brand is passionate about using creative storytelling and engaging video content to communicate with our audience and elevate the customer experience. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated **Video Editor** to join our remote team.

**Role Overview**:
As a **Video Editor with D2C video editing knowledge**, you will play a key role in creating captivating and engaging video content for our D2C marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, creative, and social media teams to produce videos that resonate with our target audience, build brand awareness, and drive sales. You will work on multiple projects, including social media videos, advertisements, product demos, tutorials, and other marketing assets tailored to digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing & Production**:

- Edit raw footage into polished and engaging videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and ads.
- Create video content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with the target audience.
- Use motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design to enhance video content and improve viewer engagement.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.), adjusting formats, lengths, and specifications as needed.
- **D2C Video Marketing Expertise**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop video content strategies that support D2C marketing goals, including customer engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty.
- Understand and implement SEO best practices for video content, ensuring videos are discoverable and optimized for search engines.
- Tailor video content to capture attention and drive results on digital platforms, maximizing reach and engagement.
- **Collaboration and Creativity**:

- Collaborate with the creative team, designers, and content managers to conceptualize and execute video content that tells compelling brand stories.
- Contribute creative input to video production processes and provide suggestions for improving content quality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in D2C marketing and video production to ensure the brand's content is relevant and fresh.
- **Quality Control & Feedback**:

- Ensure that all video content meets high-quality standards and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise videos as needed to meet project objectives.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality content on time.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project needs.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proven Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing video content for digital marketing or D2C brands.
- **Software Proficiency**: Expertise in video editing software such as **Adobe Premiere Pro**, **Final Cut Pro**, **After Effects**, **DaVinci Resolve**, etc. Knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, and visual effects is a plus.
- **D2C Marketing Knowledge**: Strong understanding of Direct-to-Consumer marketing strategies, customer engagement, and video content optimization for digital platforms.
- **Creative Vision**: Ability to create compelling, on-brand videos that engage audiences and drive action.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with brand and marketing objectives.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work remotely and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **video SEO** and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with **content management systems** (CMS) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, etc.) to track video performance.
- Knowledge of **user-generated content (UGC)** strategies and how to integrate them into D2C campaigns.
