**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative and proactive Graphic Designer and Video Editor to support the branding and communication needs of our group of schools. The role involves designing visually appealing materials to enhance the institution’s image, engage students and parents, and support marketing and outreach activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging creatives for school events, newsletters, brochures, admission campaigns, and social media posts.
- Develop school magazines, yearbooks, certificates, and other student-related materials.
- Create visuals for internal and external communications, including banners, standees, hoardings, and promotional videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, school administrators, and teachers to understand design requirements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual content for different campuses.
- Assist in photography, video shoots, and editing when required.
- Maintain an archive of design files and marketing collateral.
- Stay updated with design trends in the education sector.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an educational institution or similar environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and branding.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced school environment.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
